Sycamore United Food Pantry OPEN. Mondays 12:30 – 4pm 2nd Monday of every month 12:30 - 7pm.
Methodist Church Currently doing drive-up with prepared boxes. Must bring ID and be a Sycamore resident.
Proof of residency required. One visit per month.
Salvation Army Food Pantry OPEN. Monday - Wednesday 9:00am - 12:00pm weekly Thursday 9:00am -
12:00pm Weekly and 5:00pm - 6:45pm weekly. Must be a resident of DeKalb County. Need
photo ID and proof of residency (Medical Card). Income guidelines apply. One visit per
month.
New Hope Missionary Food Pantry OPEN. Mondays 4:30 – 6:30pm. No restrictions, closed on holidays. Call Church Baptist Church at (815)-756-7906 for assistance.
Barb Food Mart Food Pantry OPEN. CUSD 428 families including KEC and Camelot. First time attendees
must present verification letter from their school secretary. Thursdays 4:30 – 6pm. Can be

Salem Lutheran Church Food Pantry OPEN. Must be a resident of DeKalb County. Must bring a photo ID and a piece
of mail to verify residency. One visit per month. Open Tuesday – Thursday 9 – 11:45am. Call

Kirkland Food Pantry Food Pantry CLOSED. For residents of Kirkland, Kingston, Fairdale, Esmond, and Malta.
Limited to 4 people in the pantry at a time. Open Tuesdays 12 – 2pm, and last Tuesday of the
month 3 – 5:30pm. Call Church at (815)-885-4035 for assistance.
Faith United Methodist Food Pantry OPEN. Open on the 3rd Monday of each month 9 – 11am. Must live within
Church Genoa-Kingston School District. Must bring photo ID and two proofs of residency. One visit
per month. Call Church at (815) 784-5143 for assistance.
First United Methodist Can be contacted at (815)-756-6301. Free hot meal every 4th Sunday of the month at
Church Soup Kitchen 5:00pm.

Community Gardens Supplies are available to families in our community on a first come, first served basis. Pick
